**Your Job Profile as a Automation Solution Architect / Automation Architect**:
**Duties and Tasks of Your Particular Role**:

- Actively commit changes to Atlassians demo git repository
- Create a simple sales friendly self-service automated demo environment for all customer facing organizations
- Partner with Business Development teams on extending the solution demo with 3rd party integrations
- Contribute content to technical solution guides
- Be a thought leader with customers and partners on the technical fundamentals of our solutions
- Understand the solutions sales cycle and what technical demos will enhance customer education on key solution capabilities
- Opportunity to travel and connect with our global customer facing teams and product teams
- Contribute towards build and release automation script creation
- Maintain various set of automation scripts for different environments
- Participate and contribute towards versioning, branching and merging strategies

**Years of Experience**:

- 10 Years to 15 Years

**You Must Have**:

- Software Automation Expert with more than 10+ years of technical experience tools, frameworks and infrastructures.
- Expertise in Java, RPA, Selenium, Postman API/SOAP UI, DBeaver, Github, Cucumber, mobile-native apps (Swift, Appium), and JavaScript, Tricentis Tosca, Load Runner, ReadyAPI, Browserstack.
- Experience working in large complex transformation or migration programs from initiation to implementation, preferable in biotechnology domain. Ability to consult management and engineering teams with technical advice, specifically in Business analysis, Project management, IT architecture, infrastructure, software testing, cloud development, engineering, software architecture design, DevOps.
- Good knowledge and prior experience in development of other automation tools would be an advantage.
- Expertise in leading an automation team of 10 - 20 resources. Hands-on experience in designing various automation frameworks like hybrid, data-driven, keyword-driven, etc.
- Exceptional communication skills in written and verbal English Closely interacting with development teams, related enterprise/software architects, business analysts, developers, software quality engineer, Executive Leadership. Experience in Cloud environments, particularly AWS - EC2, S3, Lambda, technologies.
- Proven ability to recommend and establish framework for necessary contributions from various development and program initiatives. Define and implement automation test processes, strategies, and approaches for complex test requirements.
- Be creative and a proactive thinker and make use of the current technologies to provide extensible automation infrastructures.
- Analyze competitive products and technologies and make appropriate suggestions (preferably using demos, or proof of concepts (POCs)) to influence the product/ technology direction.
- Review product requirements, functional and design specifications, to determine and prepare the automated test cases.
