Techolas Technologies is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Marketing interns to join our placement team. As a Marketing staff, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's placement efforts and contributing to our overall growth. We are particularly interested in hiring Freshers who are eager to kick-start their career in sales and are passionate about making an impact.

**Responsibilities**:
Identify and pursue new placement opportunities, including company visits and building relations.

Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.

Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products and services to potential clients.

Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling our offerings.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales performance.

Coordinating and working with our placement team and helping our students get placed.

**Requirements**:
Passion for sales and a strong work ethic.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Demonstrated product knowledge or the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.

Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools is a plus.

Travelling and field visits

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
