Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Presentations: Conduct detailed presentations and counseling sessions for students and parents, explaining the institute’s programs, benefits, and success stories.

Conversion of Inquiries: Convert student inquiries into enrollments by addressing their needs and showcasing the value of our programs.

Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with students, parents, and educational agents to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets set by the institute.

Provide Information: Share detailed information about courses, fees, schedules, and the admission process with prospective students and their families.

Marketing Support: Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies, attend education fairs, and support marketing campaigns.

Feedback Collection: Collect and analyze feedback from students and parents to improve services and address concerns promptly.

Reporting: Maintain and update student enrollment data, sales reports, and CRM systems regularly.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and educational institutions.

Persuasive Sales Skills: Ability to convince prospective students and parents to enroll in the institute’s coaching programs by highlighting the benefits and outcomes.

Relationship-Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with students and their families.

Goal-Oriented: A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Counseling Ability: Ability to understand students' academic needs and provide personalized guidance on the right programs or courses.

Organizational Skills: Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.

Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for helping students succeed academically by guiding them towards the right coaching program.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Education and Experience:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
