Xloud is a result of years of experience in Cloud, DevOps, security, and infrastructure at an enterprise level wrapped into a product for Indian business landscape and beyond.
**Role Description**
Xloud is seeking an ambitious and strategic Associate Vice President (AVP) for our Partner Ecosystem, tasked with scaling our reach and impact through strategic partnerships and alliances. This role requires a visionary leader who can identify, develop, and nurture partnerships with cloud service providers, technology vendors, and channel partners to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. The AVP will play a pivotal role in shaping our partner strategy, aligning it with our business objectives and ensuring our partners are equipped and motivated to succeed.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategy Development**: Formulate a comprehensive partner ecosystem strategy that aligns with Xloud’s business goals, focusing on creating mutual value for Xloud and its partners.
- **Partnership Management**: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with strategic partners across various segments, including cloud service providers, technology vendors, and channel partners.
- **Enablement and Support**: Develop and implement partner enablement programs to ensure partners have the necessary knowledge, resources, and support to effectively sell and deliver Xloud’s solutions.
- **Collaboration and Integration**: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and engineering) to ensure partner offerings are well integrated and supported within Xloud’s ecosystem.
- **Market Expansion**: Drive efforts to expand Xloud’s market presence through strategic partnerships, exploring new geographies and market segments.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of the partner ecosystem, making adjustments to strategies and tactics as needed.
- **Leadership**:Build and lead a high-performing team dedicated to partner ecosystem development and management.
**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in partnership development, channel sales, or business development, with a proven track record in the technology or cloud services sector.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful partner ecosystem strategies.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in building and managing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies and the competitive landscape.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
- Ability to travel as required for partner engagement and development activities.
