Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivatedPartner Sales Managerwith a strong background inenterprise software sales, particularly in managing and driving revenue through strategic partnerships such asMicrosoft, SAP, or Salesforce. The ideal candidate should have deep experience and a strong network within the ecosystem, and the ability to develop, grow, and manage partner relationships for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and executea partner sales strategy to drive business with Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce, or similar ISV partners.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, building a pipeline of joint go-to-market opportunities.
- Drivejoint business planningwith partners, aligning on sales goals, marketing initiatives, and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, marketing) to ensure successful execution of partner-led sales campaigns.
- Maintainstrong relationshipswith key stakeholders in the partner ecosystem.
- Conduct regularsales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance reporting.
- Stay updated onpartner product roadmaps, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Represent the company inpartner events, conferences, and co-branded marketing initiatives.
- Work with enterprise clients directly when needed toclose strategic dealsinvolving the partner's solution.
Requirements:
- Minimum9 years of experiencein partner/channel sales or business development roles in enterprise software.
- Proven experience working withMicrosoft, SAP, Salesforce, or other large ISV partner ecosystems.
- Deep understanding ofenterprise sales cycles, especially in the Delhi NCR region.
- Strongrelationship managementandnegotiationskills.
- Excellentpresentation, communication, andstrategic planningabilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications or training from Microsoft/SAP/Salesforce ecosystems.
- Existing network of partner contacts in the Delhi NCR area.
- Experience inco-selling modelsand joint marketing campaigns
