**Position: Shift In-Charge**

**Department: Operations/Production**
**Reporting to: Plant Manager/AGM**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth production in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Supervise production staff and ensure efficient execution of production plans.
- Monitor the performance of production equipment and resolve any technical issues in coordination with the maintenance team.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Maintain proper documentation, including production logs, shift reports, and incident reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Control (QC), Maintenance, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proactively address safety risks.
- Handle emergencies and troubleshooting during the shift, escalating issues as needed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
