Assistant Manager/ Shift Incharge

Job Title Assistant Manager Shift Incharge - Sulfonation - Chemical Industry - Dahej Gujarat Job Responsibility 1 Process Monitoring and Optimization Monitor sulphonation process parameters temperature pressure flow rates etc Analyze trends and make real-time decisions to ensure optimal production efficiency and product quality Suggest improvements for process optimization and energy efficiency 2 Production Planning Coordinate with the production manager to meet daily weekly and monthly targets Manage raw material availability e g LAB SO3 sulfuric acid Ensure minimum downtime and maximum throughput 3 Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting Oversee maintenance of reactors heat exchangers scrubbers and other critical equipment Liaise with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance Respond quickly to breakdowns or process upsets 4 Quality Control Ensure that products meet quality specifications Work with the QC QA team to troubleshoot off-spec products Maintain records and documentation of quality checks Supervisory Managerial Responsibilities 1 Team Supervision Supervise operators technicians and shift in-charges Train and mentor junior staff Enforce safety and operational discipline 2 Health Safety and Environment HSE Ensure compliance with safety regulations and PPE usage Conduct risk assessments and safety audits 3 Documentation and Reporting Maintain daily production reports shift logs and incident records Report to Plant Manager GM with operational summaries Ensure ISO or other regulatory compliance documentation is up to date Key Skills Mandatory DCS operation knowledge safety protocols process control Target Industry Chemical Manufacturing Gender Male Experience 5 years of experience in process safety within chemical industry Reporting to Site head Job Location Dahej Gujarat Working Days 6 days Qualification B E B Tech in chemical engineering Notice Period Immediate to 30 days Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 100 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Application Question s Current salary salary expectation Notice period less than 30 days needed Do you have experience in site head in chemical industry Work Location In person
