**Job Title: Process Coordinator**

**Job Summary**:
The Process Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the e-commerce merchandise website's operation, including overseeing all teams, monitoring and scheduling employees, and ensuring that work is completed on time and to a high standard. The Process Coordinator will be responsible for creating weekly and monthly schedules for all departments and will be accountable for ensuring that contact center employees are properly scheduled to meet the needs of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Overseeing all teams and ensuring that work is completed on time and to a high standard.

2. Create weekly and monthly schedules for all departments, including the contact center, warehouse, shipping, designers team, and customer service teams.

3. Monitor and track the progress of all teams to ensure that work is completed on time and to a high standard.

4. Identify areas for improvement and work with department heads to implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

5. Collaborate with other members of the management team to develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals.

6. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety, security, and quality assurance.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

2. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per year
