**Salary**: ₹12,646 - ₹15,353.96 per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day business processes across departments
- Support the telesales and sales team with data entry, lead tracking, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records and update client information in CRM tools or databases
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and performance summaries
- Liaise between sales, support, and operations teams to ensure process efficiency
- Follow up on pending tasks with relevant departments and ensure timely closures
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Required Skills**:

- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM tools or business management software
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
- **Education**: Undergraduate or Graduate in any stream
- **Preferred Technical Qualification**: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering (not mandatory)
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years in process coordination, operations, or administrative support roles
- **Personal Qualities**: Proactive, reliable, and results-driven

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
