**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Data Analysis & Data Visualization professional to join our team as a freelance/part-time trainer. You will play a pivotal role in equipping our learners with the essential skills to analyze data effectively and create compelling visualizations that drive insights and decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging training modules covering core concepts of data analysis, data visualization tools, and techniques.
- Craft a comprehensive curriculum that addresses:

- Data collection, cleaning, and preparation
- Statistical analysis methods
- Data visualization principles and best practices
- Hands-on experience with tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries (e.g., Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
- Provide personalized feedback and mentorship to learners, helping them build their portfolios and project work.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data analysis and visualization fields.
- Collaborate with the program director to ensure the smooth delivery and continuous improvement of the program.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a data analysis or data visualization role within a relevant industry.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering training programs or workshops in data-related fields.
- Expertise in data analysis methodologies, statistical techniques, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and empowering learners to harness the power of data.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong commitment to Learnpact’s mission of igniting potential and fostering professional growth.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive hourly rate or project-based fee commensurate with experience and qualifications.
