**Your day at NTT DATA**

The Asset and Sparing Administrator has some administrative experience and takes their instructions from the Services Asset Lifecycle Management team.

The purpose of this role is to provide general administrative assistance to the Services Asset Lifecycle team.

The Asset and Sparing Administrator demonstrates an understanding of the sparing and inventory management environment and stakeholder interests.

**What you'll be doing**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provides a complete asset and sparing administration service.
- Supports the activities relating to Sparing Management.
- Assist with stock planning, inventory analysis, system support, sparing management and general administrative functions.
- Performs any other related task as required.

**Knowledge, Skills and Attributes**:

- Provides efficient administrative support under guidance.
- Reliable and able to produce a high quality of work
- Displays good attention to detail and is able to manage work processes.
- Displays good orientation towards ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Proactive with good planning and organizing ability
- Good communicator and capable of finding solutions quickly when stock has run out and interim arrangements need to be made

**Academic Qualifications and Certifications**:

- Secondary school certification or equivalent
- Working towards completion of a relevant degree in Procurement/Supply Chain or equivalent is preferable.

**Required Experience**:

- Some work experience in procurement / Assets and Sparing
- Some work experience in stock planning and management

**Workplace type**:
On-site Working
