**Key Responsiblities**:

- Maintain up-to-date financial records in accordance with accounting standards.
- Gather financial information, prepare documents, and manage the closing of books.
- Utilize advanced software and Excel for preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Handle daily accounting tasks to ensure financial accuracy, including journal entries and accrual-based accounting.
- Track funds, prepare deposits, and reconcile accounts.
- Prepare working papers, reports, and documentation for audit purposes.
- Respond to customs, customer, and internal inquiries regarding classification, duty rates, and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with customs brokers to confirm freight duties and bills of lading.
- Track containers and liaise with the CHA, preparing and filing Bills of Entry.
- Handle payments to shipping lines, process Bill of Entry, release documents from banks, and send them to CHA.
- Plan container logistics and book transport.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
- Prepare daily and monthly purchase/sales reports and maintain stock records.
- Prepare TDS payment summaries and GST returns (3B, R-1).
- Generate E-invoices, E-way bills, and enter import expenses and purchases in Tally.
- Prepare bills of submissions and import E-way bills.
