Leading fertility clinic based in Pune, and we are currently seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our sales efforts by assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. **Responsibilities**:
Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by providing administrative support and coordinating sales activities.

Handle incoming inquiries from prospective clients and provide them with detailed information about our services.

Schedule appointments and consultations for the sales team and ensure timely follow-up with leads.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports as required.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.

Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively contribute to sales strategies.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in a sales coordination or administrative role, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple sales activities simultaneously.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Knowledge of fertility treatments and procedures is a plus.

Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages is required.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,518.86 per month
