Job Summary:
As a Company Executive at SPM Engineering Enterprises, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the company's B2B marketplace by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing relevant solutions to enhance their business presence on the platform. Your role is critical in building long-term relationships with business partners, managing client accounts, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition and Retention:
Identify potential clients (SMEs, manufacturers, wholesalers) and convert leads into successful business relationships.

Promote SPM Engineering Enterprises products and services to prospective clients to onboard them onto the platform.

Retain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction.

2. Account Management:
Manage client accounts to ensure smooth onboarding and usage of SPM Engineering Enterprises services.

Provide assistance in setting up their profiles, listing products, and optimizing their presence for better visibility.

Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain regular contact to address any queries or concerns.

3. Sales and Revenue Generation:
Meet or exceed sales targets by selling SPM Engineering Enterprises premium services, subscription plans, and value-added products.

Track client feedback and generate upsell or cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue from existing accounts.

4. Customer Support and Issue Resolution:
Resolve any client-related issues, providing excellent support to ensure a seamless experience.

Act as the point of contact between clients and the SPM Engineering Enterprises support team, troubleshooting problems when needed.

5. Market Research and Feedback Collection:
Keep abreast of market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities.

Collect and relay customer feedback for product and service improvement.

6. Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain detailed reports on client interactions, sales activities, and progress toward goals.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review.

Skills:
1.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

2.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

3.Basic knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce is a plus.
