**Job Title** : Field sales Executive

**Location**: Salem, Tamilnadu.
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000/month (Negotiable based on experience)
**Experience**: 0 to 3 years
**Qualification**: Any Degree / Diploma
**Travel**: Two-wheeler must (with valid license) & Need to handle four locations

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit retailers, vehicle service centers, and fleet operators to promote and sell tyre products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market presence in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.
- Identify potential customers and generate new leads through cold calling and field visits.
- Provide accurate product information and recommend suitable tyre models based on customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Follow up on orders, coordinate delivery, and ensure timely payment collection.
- Submit daily/weekly reports on sales activities and customer interactions.

**Key Skills**:

- Good knowledge of tyres or automotive products (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and manage field visits
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting
- Customer relationship management

**Preferred**:

- Experience in Tyre, Lubricants, Auto Parts, or related industries
- Local language fluency and knowledge of the area
