**Job Summary**:
Bharani Motors, an authorized dealership for **Euler Motors**, is looking for a proactive and energetic **Field Sales Executive** to drive electric light commercial vehicle sales in the local market. The role involves client acquisition, vehicle demos, lead follow-ups, and field visits. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone with a passion for EVs and direct sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit prospective customers (B2B, fleet owners, transporters, logistics partners) to promote Euler electric vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives at customer locations.
- Follow up with leads generated from walk-ins, referrals, and online inquiries.
- Educate clients on vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the dealership.
- Coordinate with showroom staff, finance executives, and service teams for smooth customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of visits, leads, and customer feedback using CRM tools or Excel.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
- 1-3 years of field sales experience (Automobile or EV sales preferred).
- Must have a **valid driving license** and be comfortable with field travel.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of electric vehicles is a plus (training will be provided).
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
