**Responsibilities**:
- **Issue Resolution**: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively assist customers and provide appropriate solutions.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- **Escalation Handling**: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further investigation and resolution.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather and relay customer feedback to the relevant departments to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
