**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Reception & Visitor Management**:

- Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Maintain a visitor logbook.
- Inform concerned employees of visitor arrivals.
- Ensure proper seating, refreshments (tea/coffee/water), and comfort for visitors.

2. **Coffee & Refreshment Arrangements**:

- Ensure regular availability of tea, coffee, and drinking water for staff and visitors.
- Maintain stock of coffee, tea, milk, sugar, and related items.
- Arrange refreshments during meetings, interviews, and official events as per requirement.

3. **Interview Coordination**:

- Prepare meeting/interview rooms (cleaning, setting up chairs, checking lights, AC, stationery, etc.).

4. **General Office Support**:

- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in reception and meeting areas.
- Assisting in office event arrangements, travel bookings, and daily administrative tasks.

**Required Skills**:

- Polite, presentable, and professional communication.
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
