- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:_

**_ _**
- _Follow established policies & procedures as laid out in SOPs and other relevant process documents._
- _Willing to work in US shifts and follow US calendar for Holidays._
- _Areas of operation -_
- o Deductions management (Claims / Dispute)_
- o Contract management_
- o Order entry & exception management_
- _Update SOP’s_
- _Peer to peer audits (optional, only if assigned)_
- Minimum Qualification:_
- _Bachelor or Graduate degree_
- _Relevant years of experience in Order to Cash_
- _Strong analytical and problem-solving skills_
- _Excellent communication skills_
- _Must be self-reliant, resourceful, and proactive in approaching tasks._
- _Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data._
- _Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities_

- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Finance & Accounting experience / OTC ( if any )_
- _Strong communication skills_
- _Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines._
- _Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment._
- _Ability to multi-task and prioritize items with specific time constraints._
- _Client-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external client requests._
- _Knowledge of all Order-to-cash processes in the CPG or retail industry._

- _Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, and Word._
- _Exposure to ERP systems (SAP)_
