**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

As part of our digital marketing team’s growth, we are looking for a **Social Media Executive / Coordinator** to help shape and implement our social media strategy.

In this role, you'll be responsible for creating engaging content, building a community, and executing campaigns that resonate with our fashion-forward audience. You’ll work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure we maintain a strong, consistent, and relevant online presence.

**Key Responsibilities** **Social Media Management**
- Create and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.).
- Schedule posts, Reels, Stories, and campaigns according to the content calendar.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, and proactively drive community interactions.

**Content Creation & Curation**
- Assist in creating compelling visual and written content that resonates with our fashion-savvy audience.
- Curate content, including user-generated content, trending topics, and brand-relevant material.
- Ensure all content maintains the brand’s voice, tone, and aesthetic consistency.

**Analytics & Reporting**
- Monitor social media performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, growth, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
- Provide regular reports on social media activities, performance, and growth insights, offering recommendations for improvement.
- Keep track of key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns.

**Trend & Competitor Monitoring**
- Stay on top of the latest trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activities across all social platforms.
- Adapt strategies to capitalize on new trends and emerging formats (e.g., short-form video, live streams).

**Collaboration & Campaign Support**
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
- Help with the execution of influencer campaigns, paid ads, and cross-platform promotions.
- Assist in brainstorming new ideas and content formats to keep the brand’s online presence fresh and engaging.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Communication, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (preferably within fashion or e-commerce).
- **Social Media Knowledge**: Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and how they function.
- **Content Creation**: Basic graphic design and video editing skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or others.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication, with an eye for fashion-related copy and brand storytelling.
- **Analytics Skills**: Ability to track and report on key social media metrics, using platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- **Fashion Passion**: A genuine interest in fashion trends, digital marketing, and social media.
