**Location**: Delhi

**Minimum Qualification**: MBA/ MBE/ P.G. in Statistics/ Economics from a reputed institution

**Relevant Experience**: At least 2 year's in market/ consumer/ corporate/ brand research with a reputed organization

**Skills**:

- Hands on knowledge in SPSS/SAS/STATA, MS-Office (advanced knowledge in Excel, Word, PPT would be added advantage).
- Strong background in statistics such as Analysis of Variance, Correlation, Simple & Multiple Regression, Logistic Regression, Hypothesis Testing, Multivariate Analysis, Cluster Analysis, Factor Analysis etc.
- An eye for details. Accuracy of work and a sense of pride for good quality of work.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Data collection through secondary and primary research.
- Executing research projects from inception to completion - conducting both quantitative and qualitative research activities and analysis.
- Conducting field audits so as to ensure authenticity in the data
- Preparing and presenting research reports; interpreting the result of research studies and providing recommendations.
- Preparing the questionnaire/ survey instruments.
- Handling team briefing.
- Moderating Qualitative Research
- Coordinating with field, survey and analysis teams for timely inputs.
- Assisting Senior Researchers and Managers in entire project life cycle.
- The first 3-months have to spend in field.
- Traveling and working on tight deadlines would be part of job responsibilities
