**Job Overview**:
As a Junior Sales Associate, you will support our sales team in developing and executing sales strategies. You will assist in building relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and contributing to our overall sales success. This role is ideal for someone eager to start their career in sales and grow within the food industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**: Assist senior sales associates in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets.
- **Customer Engagement**: Communicate with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify new sales leads through various methods, including research, networking, and cold calling.
- **Product Presentations**: Help prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- **Sales Administration**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
- **Event Participation**: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to align efforts and achieve business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 0-1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role, preferably in the food industry.

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or a passion for food and culinary arts.
- Familiarity with food products and industry standards.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and industry events.
