**Role Overview**

We’re looking for a **Junior Events Associate** eager to grow in the events and experiential marketing industry. This is an ideal role for a young professional with a flair for communication, relationship management, and a passion for events.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist senior BD team in generating leads, developing proposals, and managing client accounts.
- Support pitch preparation, including presentations, creative briefs, and costing sheets.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Maintain CRM databases and follow up with leads to drive conversions.
- Participate in on-ground event execution when required.

**Skills & Requirements**
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in sales/client servicing in events, marketing, or media agencies.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work in a collaborative environment with multiple departments.
- **Organized**: Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- **Learning Mindset**: Willingness to travel and learn hands-on event execution.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or a related discipline.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per year
