**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking a dynamic Junior Associate to join our Real Estate team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about the real estate industry to gain valuable experience and contribute to our diverse portfolio of projects. As a Junior Associate, you will work closely with senior team members, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of real estate transactions and project management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial models, including cash flow projections and investment analysis.
- Participate in due diligence activities, including property inspections and document reviews.
- Support senior team members in negotiations with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure successful project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate sector.

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative while also being a team player.
- Prior internship or work experience in real estate, finance, or related field is preferred but not required.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
