MicDrop is a continuing monthly program for kids, offered by Lifescool, to provide them exposure with 21st century skills at an early age and set them on a path to become confident public speakers, creative writers, critical thinkers and inclusive leaders.

**Role Overview**:We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Public Speaking and Communicative English Trainer to join our team for the MicDrop Programme. As a trainer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the communication and leadership skills of young participants, helping them develop the confidence and abilities necessary to excel in various aspects of life. Your engaging teaching style, creative approach, and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment will be key to achieving our program's goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive and engaging virtual sessions centered around public speaking, communicative English, creative writing, critical thinking, and leadership skills.
- Create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where children can feel comfortable expressing themselves and taking risks.
- Provide constructive feedback, encouragement, and guidance to help students refine their public speaking techniques and writing skills.
- Develop and implement activities that encourage teamwork, empathy, and inclusivity among participants.
- Monitor and track the progress of each student, adapting your approach to meet individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with fellow trainers and programme coordinators to continuously improve curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Foster a love for learning and personal growth by inspiring children to become confident, articulate, and socially aware individuals.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
