Alcon Looking forward Territory Sales Executive in Patna Location.

Job Purpose
- Responsible for generating sales demand, delivering sales revenue and implementation of on ground execution of Sales & Marketing programs for the assigned territory.
- Major Activities
- Ensuring implementation of sales plan and achievement of targets as per set objectives in territory assigned.
- Ensure coverage and calls as per key product focus and execution of Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly initiatives in consensus with the manager
- Constant review with customers for meeting monthly sales targets (vs. yearly target, vs. last year, product wise) and take appropriate action to drive consistent growth in sales and market share
- Propose and work with relevant stakeholders (Manager, Professional Affairs, Marketing etc.) for promotional programs for individual outlets.
- Efficient execution of Sales & Marketing programs and analyzing that these effectively contribute to sales numbers for assigned territories.
- Gather competitor’s info (promotions, launches, organization changes, etc).
- Coordinate with distributor / CFA network for smooth functioning and report on any deviations from agreed norms, including regular supply, exchanges and returns of goods
- Facilitating any consumer concerns, damaged products return etc.in liaison with manager
- Conduct regular Credit Limit Review of customers and ensure timely collection of accounts receivables
- Provide market/sales feedback and complete all necessary reports within the stipulated time frame in or as per the tools / platforms defined by the company
- Responsible for adverse event and product complaint handling related activities at a local level including the collection, intake and forwarding the information to the Local Vigilance Representative).

Education

Minimum Graduate; MBA / Marketing Diploma optional

Languages:
English, Hindi, other local dialects

Experience/Professional requirement:
Minimum 2-3 year frontline sales experience in an organized FMCG / Telecom / Consumer Goods / Paints & Chemicals / OTC Pharma / Eyewear company.
