**Job Designation**: Data Entry Operator/Data Executive
**Required Experience**: 0.6 years to 3 years
**Job Location**: Sector-18, Noida.
**"Must have a good communication and writing skills in "HINDI & ENGLISH".**

**Job Summary**
- Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
- Handling the front desk and take care of the enquiries

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
- Scan documents and print files as per requirement.
- Keep information confidential of all department.
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.

**Skills Required**:

- Good in typing skills with data entry proficiency with accuracy.
- Experience with MS Office and data programs.
- Familiar with administrative duties.
- Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner.
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
