Position: Data Entry Specialist

Location: Noida, U.P.

Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Enter and update data into our database and other computerized systems.

Verify the accuracy of data and correct any errors or inconsistencies.

Organize and maintain records of entered data for future reference.

Review and cross-check data to ensure its completeness and accuracy.

Prepare and compile reports, charts, and graphs based on the entered data.

Follow data entry guidelines and procedures to maintain data integrity.

Communicate with team members to resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies.

Assist in data cleaning and validation processes to ensure data accuracy.

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate data entry tasks and timelines.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with strict adherence to data privacy policies.

Ensure data is entered in a timely and efficient manner to meet project deadlines.

Continuously improve data entry processes and suggest enhancements to streamline workflows.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry is a plus.

Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision.

Familiarity with data entry best practices and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a data entry role within the [industry/field].

Knowledge of data management systems and database software.

Experience with data analysis and reporting.

Familiarity with data entry automation tools and software.

**Salary**: ₹9,523.28 - ₹27,290.97 per month
