Mukand Limited, a Bajaj group company is a leading manufacturer of specialty steel long products and heavy machinery in India. Incorporated in the year 1937, the company has two divisions namely Steel and Industrial Machinery. The Steel division manufactures specialty steel long products in the form of wire rods, bars, wires and bright bars that feed into the automobile and engineering industries. The Industrial Machinery Division designs, manufactures, assembles and commissions heavy-duty cranes, bulk material handling equipment, process plant machinery and turnkey projects. Mukand produces Alloy Steel from its facility in Hospet, Karnataka and Stainless Steel from its facility in Thane, Maharashtra.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Generate enquiries from potential clients.
- Develop and implement Go-To-Market plans and strategies.
- Conduct cold calling to prospective customers.
- Maintain and update CRM records.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Visit customers’ sites/offices for discussions and negotiations.
- Arrange customer visits to our works for product demonstrations and meetings.
- Provide detailed estimations for process equipment and port equipment.
- Prepare Price Approval Notes and Price Summary Sheets.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers.
- Adhere to Key Result Areas (KRAs) for the Business Development Plan.
- Expand the customer base across various industries, including government and private sectors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming opportunities.
- Prepare and report MIS data to the lead or in-charge.
- Undertake other management activities as directed by the lead or in-charge.

**Position Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent is required
- Masters degree in Engineering, Business Management or equivalent is preferred with proven experience of 5 + Years in Estimation and sales in Equipment Manufacturing Industries(Steel Plants)
