Chief Technology Officer

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking to recruit a technology leader with top-class leadership experience in building and scaling technology products who will be responsible for mission-critical, reliable services. You will typically manage through leaders and collaborate critically with key stakeholders and product management. You will also be accountable for the business-critical impacts delivered.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technology Strategy & Innovation**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the technological vision aligns with the company’s strategic objectives and long-term goals.
- Understand and incorporate business needs and customer requirements into the technology.
- Create a detailed, forward-looking technology roadmap outlining key initiatives, timelines, and milestones.
- **Design and Architect SaaS Solutions**:

- Lead the architectural design and development of scalable, secure, high-performing SaaS solutions.
- Ensure that the architecture supports current and future business needs, allowing for flexibility and growth.
- **Oversee the Development of the Pactap Portal**:

- Act as the principal architect for the Pactap Portal, ensuring its design, implementation, and maintenance align with the company’s technological vision.
- Focus on creating a user-friendly, reliable, efficient portal that meets user requirements and enhances customer experience.
- **Team Leadership and Management**:

- Spearhead and motivate the technology teams to ensure efficient project execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, fostering a sense of purpose and commitment.
- Offer team members strategic direction, mentorship, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- **Product Development**:

- Assume responsibility for and proactively drive technology product development objectives that align with the company’s strategic business goals.
- Manage all phases of the product life cycle, from initial concept through to successful launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

**Experience & Qualification**:
As a key member of the Leadership Team, you will be entrusted with the organization's comprehensive leadership of Product & Technology. Your primary responsibilities include creating and nurturing an environment that inspires and motivates a talented and technically diverse engineering team. You will be instrumental in building a well-integrated and highly effective team across multiple geographies, ensuring that Pactap's offerings are seamlessly aligned and integrated with the overall enterprise technology strategy and roadmap.
- Significant experience in leading and/or founding successful technology-driven startups, demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial mindset and strategic vision.
- Proven success in driving technological innovation and growth within an environment, enhancing operational efficiency and product quality.
- A solid track record of at least 4+ years of continuous leadership in a single company within the technology or manufacturing sector.
- Experienced in leading large, distributed teams focusing on revenue generation and organizational advancement.
- Education - A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field obtained from a reputable institution with a solid academic pedigree.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
