**JOB SUMMARY**:
We are looking for a CTO to lead our technology department and help us build & scale great products. The incumbent would engage closely with the Founding Team to build the vision, architecture and technology. He should be passionate about joining a strong fast-paced growing company which emphasizes on technology-led innovation, collaborative growth and focus on new innovations.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- CTO will be leading, building, and operating existing and new products in prepaid card space.
- Experience with massively scalable distributed compute product architectures.
- Experience with micro services-oriented scalable architecture to serve ~2m customers.
- Experience in successfully scaling technology infrastructure to support rapid customer /data growth.
- Experience with fast-paced, rapidly-iterating, design-forward, product-focused companies.
- "Roll-up-your-sleeves" entrepreneurial, start-up attitude, team player with record of leading and mentoring employees
- Strong and hands-on understanding of System Design and Architecture.
- Providing technical direction & guidance to the Development team. Helping them in building the team, setting up the KRAs, policies & processes.
- Developing Technology Architecture that improves key product parameters and is robust for further scale-up.
- Monitor reliability and performance of all internal systems to suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with security regulations.
- Manage software development projects by setting requirements, goals and timelines.
- Prepare and manage the technology departments budget.
- Review and update policies relevant to internal systems and equipment.
- Work with the CEO & Other CXOs to arrive at the next steps of progress. This will include leading discussions, engaging in debates and driving an opinionated group to reach a conclusion.

**. REQUIREMENTS**
- 15 to 20 years of overall experience of which a minimum of 8+ years of experience in building and creating Fintech ecosystems with complex architecture and multiple elements.
- The technical skills and experience to become a specialist on products, map those products to customers’ needs, and to craft and construct solutions to fulfill those needs.
- Experience building complex API architectures, documentation, and integrations with multiple enterprise clients across various industries
- A background in contactless payments and/or app’s technology is a plus.
- Proven attention to detail through prior work or life experience.
- Comfortable with a variety of responsibilities.
- Comfortable with a mínimal amount of direction but high expectations.
- Position may require travel of up to 10% per quarter.

**Salary**: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
