Personal Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas and meeting materials.
- Assist in drafting and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed for various projects.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing expenses.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Pay: ₹35,004.93 - ₹50,000.00 per month
