**1. Guest Welcome and Check-in**:Warmly welcome guests, manage check-in processes, and ensure accurate room assignments.

**2. Reservation Management**: Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring accurate records and communication.

**3. Communication**: Respond to guest inquiries, provide spa information, and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

**4. Administrative Tasks**: Perform administrative duties, such as answering phones, managing mail, and maintaining records.

**5. Cash Handling**: Manage cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.

**6. Team Support**: Assist the front desk team with various tasks, ensuring seamless operations.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications: graduate or equivalent diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality or a related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum 2 year of experience in a reception or customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury spa or hospitality environment.

Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications: Certification in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is an asset.

Language: Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
