The White Door Luxury Spa & Salon – Bandra, Kemps Corner, Worli

1. Front Desk Operations

  • Welcome all guests professionally and ensure a luxury-first impression.
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
  • Ensure smooth guest flow and manage waiting areas gracefully.

2. Appointment Booking & Scheduling (Calls, WhatsApp & Software)

  • Handle all incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries promptly.
  • Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments accurately through the spa software.
  • Respond to WhatsApp messages within 2–5 minutes during working hours.
  • Share service details, therapist availability, pricing, and offers when asked.
  • Prevent double-bookings by checking therapist schedules carefully.
  • Update last-minute changes immediately to keep the system 100% accurate.
  • Send booking confirmations & reminders to reduce no-shows.
  • Maintain 98–100% accuracy in the appointment calendar.

3. Customer Service Excellence

  • Provide detailed information on services and treatments.
  • Handle queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
  • Build strong client relationships across all three branches.

4. Sales & Upselling

  • Recommend add-on services, packages, memberships, and retail products.
  • Achieve monthly sales and upselling targets.

5. Billing & Cash Handling

  • Manage billing accurately through the POS system.
  • Handle cash, card, UPI, and gift card transactions responsibly.
  • Complete end-of-day cash and report reconciliation.

6. Team & Therapist Coordination

  • Communicate all booking details and changes to therapists.
  • Coordinate room readiness and treatment timings.

7. Record Keeping & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate client records and treatment histories.
  • Prepare daily appointment, cancellation, and sales reports.

8. Hygiene & SOP Compliance

  • Ensure high hygiene standards at the reception and client areas.
  • Follow The White Door Luxury brand SOPs consistently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
