**Location**: Pachra Village, Kota

**Role Overview**

The Spice Trainer will train women entrepreneurs on spice processing, blending, packaging, hygiene, and market-oriented product diversification under **KHP Verified Producer** standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Train in cleaning, grinding, blending, and storage of spices.
- Teach hygiene and food safety (FSSAI standards).
- Develop **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** for production, packaging, and quality checks.
- Guide on **new product development** (e.g., ready-to-use spice mixes, premium masalas).
- Keep women updated on **industry trends**, packaging innovations, and shelf-life improvement.
- Mentor women in costing, pricing, and branding of spice products

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate/Diploma in Food Technology / Food Processing OR 5+ years practical experience in spice/blended food processing.
- Knowledge of **FSSAI regulations, food safety, hygiene**.
- Experience in small-scale spice units, masala manufacturing, or training women SHGs preferred.
- Basic digital literacy (WhatsApp, record keeping apps).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹700.00 - ₹1,000.00 per hour
