Role Overview
The Bakery Trainer will strengthen women's skills in bakery production and help them adapt to market trends while ensuring standardized production under KHP.
Key Responsibilities
- Train in baking breads, cookies, millet-based products, savouries.
 - Teach machine usage, hygiene, and shelf-life extension techniques.
 - Create SOPs for baking, packaging, and order fulfilment.
 - Introduce new product development (festival packs, healthier alternatives, designer cakes and other bakery items).
 - Provide updates on market demand and industry practices in bakery (e.g., trending flavours, eco-packaging).
 - Guide in product costing, branding, and customer engagement.
 
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Certification in Bakery & Confectionery OR 5+ years industry experience in baking/culinary training.
 - Familiarity with commercial baking equipment and small-enterprise operations.
 - Hands-on experience with healthy/modern bakery products (millet-based, low-sugar, packaged goods).
 - Previous experience working with SHGs, rural entrepreneurs, or training batches preferred.
 
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹ ₹1,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 per week
