Location: Pachra Village, Kota

Role Overview

The Spice Trainer will train women entrepreneurs on spice processing, blending, packaging, hygiene, and market-oriented product diversification under KHP Verified Producer standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train in cleaning, grinding, blending, and storage of spices.
  • Teach hygiene and food safety (FSSAI standards).
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production, packaging, and quality checks.
  • Guide on new product development (e.g., ready-to-use spice mixes, premium masalas).
  • Keep women updated on industry trends, packaging innovations, and shelf-life improvement.
  • Mentor women in costing, pricing, and branding of spice products

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Diploma in Food Technology / Food Processing OR 5+ years practical experience in spice/blended food processing.
  • Knowledge of FSSAI regulations, food safety, hygiene.
  • Experience in small-scale spice units, masala manufacturing, or training women SHGs preferred.
  • Basic digital literacy (WhatsApp, record keeping apps).

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹ ₹1,000.00 per hour
