**Position: Office Assistant**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, handling office supplies, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
**Documentation**:
Prepare, manage, and file important documents and contracts, especially legal documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
**Typing in Hindi and English both**
**Communication**:
**Qualifications & Skills**:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of office administrative experience, with a preference for experience in a law college.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Understanding of basic legal documentation and procedures (preferred but not mandatory).
**Key Attributes**:
Detail-oriented and proactive.
Professional demeanor and approach.
Reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
