**Responsibilities**:

- Well versed Liasioning at
- (a) Municipal Corporation viz. MIDC, MCGM, TMC, CIDCO, NMMC, MAHADA etc.

(b) Revenue Authorities viz. Talathi office, sub-registrar office, city survey office, TNBA, TILR, Tahasildar Office, Education Dept.

(c) Mantralaya UD Dept, Revenue Dept, Education Dept.
- Co-ordination with internal design team

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent in Spoken & Written Marathi (mandatory)
- Sound understanding of the Legal Documents
- Computer Savvy
- Network of Contacts with Govt Dept. or Concerned Authorities
- Knowledge of Auto CAD
