**Job Overview**

**Qualifications and Skills**
- 4 to 6 years of experience in the real estate industry as a Liaising Expert or Liaising Architect
- Strong knowledge of building rules and regulations
- Proven experience in liaising with government authorities for obtaining necessary approvals and permits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound understanding of residential and commercial building practices
- Ability to conduct technical due diligence and assess project feasibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (preferred)

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
