Co-ordination with principal architect and other MEP
consultants from concept level only.
- Review architectural drawings and produce documents accordingly.
- Coordinate with designers for the generation of detail drawing as per site.
- Liasoning with the local architect for the approval from local authorities.
- Assisting civil, MEP team for the execution.
- Assisting project manager for the facility planning.
- Co-ordination with vendors for execution and material selection and follow up with
vendors for the delivery material.
- Regular visits on projects for the co-ordination to complete the project in timely manner and mock-ups.
- Working with Business development team for working out the feasibility of new plots
as per local bye laws of that municipal authority.
- Handling mix projects like projects combining of mall, residential and office schools, 5 star hotel theatre will be preferred first.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
