Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit tender documents in accordance with company policies and

client requirements.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities

and competitive bids.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and

documentation for tender submissions.
- Analyze tender documents to understand technical and financial requirements

and ensure compliance with all conditions.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of all tender submissions, responses, and

outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including

clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor tender portals and other sources for new tender opportunities relevant to

the company's business interests.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on tender status, outcomes,

and market trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a

related field.
- Proven experience as a Tender Executive or similar role, preferably in the

manufacturing or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of tender processes, documentation, and submission

requirements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with exceptional skills in Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and

deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate

and persuade.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
