**Job Title: Tender Executive (Fresher (urgent) )**

**Location**: [Noida]
**Reports To**: Tender Manager

**Job Overview**:
The Tender Executive is responsible for assisting in the preparation, submission, and management of tender proposals to secure business opportunities for the company. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders while adhering to the organization's guidelines and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Management**:

- Review tender documents and identify key requirements.
- Prepare and compile tender submissions in line with the client's specifications.
- Maintain a record of all tender-related documents, including proposals, budgets, and agreements.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Ensure all documentation meets the tender requirements and is accurate, complete, and formatted correctly.
- Liaise with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and certifications.
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
- Follow up on submitted tenders to track progress and gather feedback.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to clarify tender-related queries.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct research to identify potential tender opportunities.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare reports on tender submissions, win/loss ratios, and feedback.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of tendering processes and documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
