Team size: < 50 Employees

Hiring for a "Sales Executive" who will be responsible for helping build up a business by identifying new business prospects and selling product and services to clients. They must maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients. Someone who's smart, proactive, very well-behaved and can work individually is who we're looking for.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Work directly with team management to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the sales department are operating effectively.

Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

Tele-calling, cold calling, responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

Plan and coordinate the meetings with customers or clients in a way that it helps in easy closure and execution of a project.

Act as a primary or initial point of contact for the pre-existing or current clients.

Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed.

Generate new business/leads and increase monthly sales revenue through Direct Sales (Hotels, Hospitals, Restaurants etc.)

Develop, implement and follow marketing strategies and plans for achieving sales targets, including market mapping.

Develop new business within the existing customer base. Develop and maintain Strong Customer Relationship.

Ensure coordination with all the support function.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
High-level communication and written skills.

Ability to be a team player.

Conflict resolution.

Ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.

Any Graduate/ Post Graduate - BBA / BBM / MBA / B.Com / M.Com

Proficient in handling a Computer and software such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Goal oriented, ability to achieve targets consistently.

Languages to be known: English (mandatory), Kannada, Hindi etc.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
