As a Rigging Artist, you will be instrumental in creating the skeletal structures and control systems that enable characters and objects to move fluidly in animations and films. Your work will involve defining the requirements for rigging, implementing technical solutions, and collaborating closely with animators to ensure that the characters perform as intended.

Your rigging should enhance the storytelling by allowing for dynamic and realistic movement. If you have a strong understanding of anatomy, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for animation, we’d love to hear from you.

**The goal is to provide the foundation for captivating and lifelike animations.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Study project briefs and determine rigging requirements.
- Collaborate with character designers and animators to understand movement needs.
- Create and implement rigging systems for characters and objects using software tools.
- Develop control rigs that allow for intuitive and flexible animation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve rigging issues throughout the animation process.
- Ensure that rigs are optimized for performance across various media.
- Conduct tests to ensure that rigs behave as intended and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain clear documentation of rigging processes and setups.
- Stay updated with industry trends and techniques in rigging.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience in rigging for animation or gaming.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating rigging work and character setups.
- Proficiency in rigging software and technologies (such as Maya, Blender, 3ds Max).
- Strong understanding of anatomy and movement principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Degree in Animation, Computer Graphics, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
