**Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality visual effects and 3D assets for film, television, advertising, and gaming projects.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Develop and implement VFX techniques to enhance the visual appeal and storytelling of our projects.
- Model, texture, rig, animate, and render 3D characters, environments, and props.
- Integrate VFX and 3D elements into live-action footage seamlessly.
- Optimize and refine assets to ensure efficient performance without compromising quality.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to VFX and 3D production.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing expert advice and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a VFX and 3D Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, Houdini, ZBrush, Cinema 4D, Adobe After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of VFX techniques, including particle systems, dynamics, fluid simulations, and compositing.
- Strong skills in 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, and rendering.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Visual Effects, Computer Graphics, or a related field is preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with real-time rendering engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or MEL.
- Experience with motion capture and character animation.
- Familiarity with VR/AR development and implementation.
