**Role Description**

This is a full-time role in Tirupati for a Soft Skills Trainer Cum English Language Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs on soft skills and English language proficiency, including but not limited to communication skills, presentation skills, teamwork, leadership, and business writing. The trainer will also customize training content and delivery methods based on the needs of clients, conduct assessments, and provide feedback to help individuals and teams improve their performance.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Communication, English Language, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in designing and delivering soft skills and English language training programs for Students & professionals
- Strong knowledge of evaluation techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Experience in working with diverse audiences is a plus
- Certification in training, coaching, or communication is a plus

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
