Head Held High Foundation is a Bangalore-based non-profit on a quest to tackle humanity’s oldest and most persistent problem poverty. Along with a passionate team and many committed partners, we work to reduce inequity in all its forms. We have grown into one of India’s topmost non-profits driving youth transformation, women empowerment and livelihood development in rural communities. Our poverty alleviation efforts in these locations include assessment, expanding social protection, financial inclusion, skills-based training, job placement support, mentoring and more. Our vision is to eradicate rural poverty globally, beginning in India. We believe that there is enough and more for everyone on our planet. Poverty makes no sense in such a world of abundance. We think that the key to tackling poverty is to address the deprivation of capabilities that keeps a person from living a life they have reason to value. We work with marginalized groups and communities to trigger transformation at many levels and to create pathways to a better life for them.

**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Soft Skills Development**
- Deliver engaging lessons on communication, teamwork, leadership, and emotional intelligence.
- Conduct interactive workshops to boost confidence and interpersonal skills.
- Train in customer service, conflict resolution, and handling difficult situations.

**2. English Communication**
- Improve spoken and written English through vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation exercises.
- Enhance fluency and confidence via conversational practice and presentation skills.

**3. Confidence & Personality Development**
- Strengthen professional identity through body language, etiquette, and self-presentation.
- Conduct mock interviews and role-plays for real-world readiness.

**4. Grooming & Professional Etiquette**
- Educate on business attire, hygiene, and workplace presentation.
- Train on posture, tone, and communication for a strong first impression.

**5. Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving**
- Develop analytical reasoning through case studies and discussions.
- Encourage creative problem-solving in customer-facing roles.

**6. Customer-Facing Job Roles Training**
- Provide hands-on training for retail, hospitality, and sales industries.
- Simulate real-world scenarios to develop communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Assess trainee progress through role plays, activities, and mock evaluations

**Required Skill Set**:

- **Language Proficiency**- Strong command over spoken and written English.
- **Training Skills** - Ability to design and deliver effective training sessions.
- **Soft Skills Expertise** - Proficiency in communication, teamwork, and leadership.
- **Digital Skills** - Familiarity with online training tools and digital learning platforms.
- **Problem-Solving** - Ability to address trainee challenges with effective solutions.
- **Time Management** - Efficient planning and execution of training sessions.
- **Continuous Learning** - Willingness to upgrade skills and stay updated with industry trends.

English communication is mandatory.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
