**Position: Principal**

**Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership**
- Oversee **curriculum development** and ensure compliance with INC and RGUHS guidelines.
- Lead faculty development programs, **enhancing teaching methodologies** and student engagement.
- Promote **research, innovation, and faculty publications** to strengthen academic credentials.
- Ensure **effective clinical training** by coordinating with hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Foster a culture of **continuous learning, mentorship, and academic excellence** among students and staff.

**Administrative & Institutional Development**
- Lead the **administration and management of faculty and non-teaching staff**, ensuring an efficient and disciplined work environment.
- Develop and implement **institutional policies**, streamlining day-to-day operations.
- Supervise **student affairs, admissions, examinations, and disciplinary matters**.
- Ensure smooth coordination with **INC, KNC, and RGUHS for approvals, inspections, and affiliations**.
- Work closely with **regulatory bodies to maintain compliance with nursing education standards**.

**Accreditations & Quality Enhancement**
- **Strategize and drive efforts towards NAAC accreditation**, ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Establish an **Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)** and lead quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain **updated documentation and reports** for audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
- Strengthen collaborations with **healthcare institutions, research bodies, and international organizations** for institutional growth.

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Engage with **students, faculty, parents, and healthcare professionals** to foster a supportive academic environment.
- Strengthen alumni relations and establish **industry linkages for student internships, placements, and career advancement**.
- Organize **seminars, workshops, conferences, and community outreach programs** to enhance institutional visibility.

**Eligibility CriteriaQualifications & Experience**
- **Ph.D. in Nursing (mandatory)**.
- **M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university**.
- **Minimum of 15 years of academic experience after Post Graduation**, as per INC norms.
- Strong background in **teaching, research, administration, and institutional management**.
- Experience in **handling affiliations, accreditations (especially NAAC), and regulatory approvals**.
- Proven ability to lead faculty, staff, and students with **vision and dedication**.
- Strong knowledge of **curriculum design, pedagogy, research, and healthcare trends**.
- Experience in **leading a nursing college** or **holding a senior academic/administrative position** is preferred.

**Salary & Benefits**
- **₹80,000 - ₹90,000 per month (Based on experience & qualifications)**.
