Experience in the Real estate sector who can Identify sales leads and organise sales visits, Key responsibility would be to generate business w.r.t Residential Sales. Build client relations and brief them about the project along with arrangements. Experienced in CRM.

EXPERIENCE: 2-3YRS in Real Estate mandatory.

**Roles /Responsibilities**:

- Understanding client's requirements and advising them with suitable projects from our associated inventory.
- Maintaining timely follow-ups with clients as per their schedule.
- Schedule fix the maximum no. of leads for conducting site visits or meetings.
- Converting cold leads to hot opportunities by conducting cold callings.
- Generating referrals from existing leads.
- Responsible for updating activities of the portfolio in CRM.
- Coordinate with the client for advance payment follow-up, and coordinate with the execution team for installation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Experience in working with CRM Software.
- Real Estate Sales Assistant 1+ years of experience in the Real Estate Sales industry
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
